DWAS Auction

The Society recently announced it was to place a blue heritage plaque at Riverside Studios to commemorate the life and career of Verity Lambert. This was dedicated by Waris Hussein on 23rd July 2014 and commemorated with a special screening of ‘An Adventure in Space and Time’ the same evening.

To raise the money needed to pay for the plaque and the dedication, we are holding an auction at our eBay site of many Doctor Who and other TV and film memorabilia. These have been donated by many individuals and businesses. The auction will run until Wednesday and more items will be added this weekend.

10% of the selling price of every item will be donated to the ‘Breast Cancer Campaign’ in memory of Verity, as will any surplus funds raised.
